Come join our next introductory class, starting Wednesday, May 7, 2008. This course will continue for the next four consecutive Wedesdays.

Class will be from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. The dojo door opens at 5:30pm. Please try to arrive about 10 minutes before class starts, and allow more time if you will want to change. Wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing, and please plan to remove jewelry, etc. during practice.
